Last week we announced that the City Planning Commission (CPC) approved our request for an increase in our building footprint, but required an additional 35 signatures. Baruch Hashem within three days we had an extra 45 signatures, and filed all 115 signatures with the CPC. We are now waiting for an official response from the CPC before we move on to the next  step.
