At last, our renewed Land Contract Application for the new building was reviewed positively by the City Planning Commission this week. Our request to increase the overall square meterage was received favorably, but in order for us to move to the next stage, it was concluded that we require an additional 35 signatures on top of the 70+ signatures we have already submitted.
