BSD There’s a hole in the floor! (of the rented house, and the landlord refuses to fix it….) The Mishnah says that in some cases, if a landlord refuses to fix the floor of the tenant (who is living above him), then the tenant has the right to move in to the landlord’s house and stay there until the problem is fixed. Why do we take such drastic steps?
