Rabbi Avrohom Baruch Zachariash teaches the halachas of Yom Tov with the Mishnah Berurah (O.C. 497). Shiur dealt with trapping animals on Yom Tov, and also started siman 498 dealing with ritual slaughter on Yom Tov.
