Matzah Baking Questionnaire

I feel it is important to have matzah that is Kosher, even if that means that neither I nor my children over the age of 13 get to actively participate in the baking process.

I feel it is important for me and my children - even the ones under 13 - to participate in the matzah baking process, even if it means that I will end up with Matzah with which I cannot use for the mitzvah on seder night. (There is a potential "matzah baking activity" in the neighborhood that is a lot of "hands-on" fun, but does not necessarily yield mehadrin matzas.)
