BSD Man vs. Wolf in the Talmud. According to the Torah, if a paid shepherd is facing a wolf does he have to fight it or can he run away? I.e., how far does his responsibility go to look after the sheep? Does he have to fight an armed robber?
*** Can a person make conditions to a contract/ marriage/ divorce even if they go against the Torah? E.g., can a paid guard say “I will be your guard on condition that you don’t make me pay in such and such case”?
