To our sorrow, under the new rules implemented by the State of Israel under the guidance of the Ministry of Health, we are forced to shutter our Beis Medrash. The Beis Medrash will be closed until it is again legal for Jews to pray in their own house of worship.
It is still legal for 10 men to gather in an open space to pray. If you feel the chairman should be doing more to facilitate public prayer in the courtyard of Ahavas Shalom, please contact me at email@example.com
Lev Seltzer, Chairman
The Beis Medrash will be closed all Shabbos. According to the current government announcement, the lockdown should last only one week, and davening inside of a structure should resume on Wednesday with Maariv at 20:15. We hope!
